Indoor Trainer Rides - Tuesday and Wednesday Night

  • Why -   Have Fun staying Fit and Fast through the winter.  Take a page from the Pro’s book with workouts designed to build efficiency and power.  Any Skill Level Can Participate.  NO ONE Gets Dropped !!
  • What -  Indoor Trainer Ride.  Bring you bike, trainer, and towel and other gear to ride indoors.  Heart Rate Monitor or Power Monitor are also helpful.  Extra trainers, and power meters are also available for demo – please call 24 hours in advance of ride.
  • Where - High Road Cycles of Wayne and Doylestown
  • When -  Wayne- Tuesday 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. / Doylestown Wednesday-6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Mountain Bike Ride (Saturday @ Wissahickon)

  • Why -   Have FUN on a leisurely ride at the Wiss.  All skill levels welcome.
  • What -  Mountain Bike Ride at Wissahickon Park
  • Where - Meet at Golf Course Parking lot at Walnut Lane & Magdalena St.
  • When -  11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m..  Ride at any temperature, snow is questionable but rain cancels
  • Who -   Contact Scott Robinson to confirm.

  • Why - Have FUN on a leisurely ride at the Wissy. All skill levels welcome. Extra light available for night rides
  • What - Mountain Bike Ride at Wissahickon Park
  • Where - Meet at Golf Course Parking lot at Walnut Lane & Magdalena St. or Valley Green Inn depending on riders RSVP’g
  • When - Wheels out at 6pm, ride until appx 8pm. Any temperature, snow is questionable, but rain/post rain may cancel.
  • Who - Contact Neil Silverman to confirm location and to RSVP for ride any day or time before Thursday 3pm.
